Reservation Changes / Weather Policy
All tickets are non-refundable and we will not issue any refunds, however, these tickets are good any day of the 2020 season.
In the event that unsafe weather conditions are forecasted by the National Weather Service, at 70% probability within 24 hours of your experience, then you will be contacted to reschedule your event. If, once your group is already onsite, your experience cannot be completed, due to one of these conditions, you will have the option to re-schedule your event or cancel your event, and receive your deposit back.
