Reservation Changes / Weather Policy

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given unless we do not have at least 46 people.. This is a group event and if one person were to cancel, it would affect the price paid per person.

In the event that unsafe weather conditions are forecasted by the National Weather Service, at 70% probability within 24 hours of your experience, then the boathouse will be contact us to reschedule our event. If, once our group is already onsite, our experience cannot be completed, due to one of these conditions, we will have the option to re-schedule the event.
